Avanti West Coast needed a high-velocity MVP loyalty programme that could onboard frequent travellers, test a tiered reward structure, and prove the concept — all while feeling native to the Avanti brand from day one.

A comprehensive CRM strategy covering every stage of the customer journey — from acquisition through to reward redemption. High-fidelity enough to test real behaviour. Lean enough to iterate quickly based on what the data showed.


The Result

Sign-ups 46% ahead of target. 841K impressions in 100 days. Adopted as the permanent programme.

The MVP didn't just pass the test — it outperformed on every benchmark and was adopted directly as the brand's full-scale loyalty programme.
