The Business Problem Aviva needed to refresh its Wealth proposition to compete for mass-affluent DIY investors. The challenge was to redefine the "investor" stereotype and prove that an internal creative team could out-pitch global agencies like Adam & Eve.
The Results We developed the ‘Making your investments click’ platform, using AI-driven workflows to beat external agencies in a head-to-head pitch. While a subsequent shift in brand leadership and business strategy meant the campaign did not move to final rollout, the project successfully validated the high-performance in-house model and set a new benchmark for internal creative standards.
