The Overview

A six-venue hospitality collective—including a brewery, roadhouse, fusion eatery, cantina, bakery, and farm—suffered from fragmented branding and heavy agency reliance.

The Objective: Step in as the embedded Brand Manager and Creative Director to build an in-house studio from scratch and unify six distinct narratives.

The Work

Spokoloc Studio acted as the in-house Brand Manager, building a scalable creative engine from the ground up:

  • Ecosystem Design: Developed six bespoke brand systems, creating the foundational identities for Stone Ridge Farm and Bazar Bakery to market the portfolio's farm-to-table supply chain.

  • Full-Scale Execution: Delivered 100% of customer-facing assets, including menus, packaging, signage, custom illustrations, photography, and video direction.

  • Team Scaling: Recruited and trained an intern into a full-time Junior Designer/Copywriter, leaving the client with a permanent, self-sufficient internal team.

The Result

Agency Independence: Total migration away from external agencies, securing permanent cost savings.

Commercial Growth: Increased foot traffic and boosted profitability across all six properties.

Structural Transformation: Turned a fragmented portfolio into a self-sustaining, high-output creative powerhouse.
