Nestlé's 'Healthier Kids' initiative needed more than an influencer-led digital campaign. Awareness alone doesn't change behaviour. The brief: find a way to make the campaign physical, useful, and lasting — across multiple African markets.


The Work

An interactive recipe storybook created at Boomtown Agency — merging physical play with digital accessibility. Warm, culturally specific illustration throughout. Designed to be used, read aloud, cooked from, and kept. Not a marketing giveaway — a household object.


The Result

Award-winning. Translated into multiple African languages. Became a pan-African educational tool.

What started as a localised campaign activation grew into a scalable educational resource distributed across multiple African countries — and one of the clearest examples of creative work that earns a permanent place in people's lives.
