In the face of a challenging year marked by strikes and financial uncertainties, we spearheaded a customer programme at GWR. This initiative invited GWR customers to explore, innovate, and outsmart the ticket pricing system. Despite the odds, GWR kept customers on exciting adventures throughout the year, all at a fraction of the usual cost.

Ticket transactions increased by 22.6 %
